About me
“I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.” – Michael Jordan
The above quote from one of the greatest basketball player in the world resonates and connects so much with the life that I have experienced thus far. Starting off as a professional sportsman in my early growing up years and achieving my goals at the state and national level, I consider myself as a failed sportsman. Though my sports career had an unfortunate end midway at the age of 27, little did I know that the lessons it taught me would help me rise up the corporate ladder and help me in becoming an expert at understanding the mind.
Surviving and thriving through the roller coaster called Life, I now share my learning’s through speaking and helping world-class entertainers, professional athletes, CEO’s and global organizations handle their mindsets.
I help redesign the subconscious mind that drives behavior to inspire a new way of living, from limitation and stress to freedom and joy.
I have been awarded Mindset Coach of the year by Entrepreneur Magazine and Action Coach.
My articles have been featured in several publications such as The Times of India, Deccan Herald, Deccan Chronicle etc. A special feature was published in the Economic Times on how I have helped women professional maintain a balance in their work and life.
My mission is to help a million people handle their emotions and mindsets more effectively, so they can become the best version of themselves.
